Dear darkfashionista,
We are contacting you to notify you that we have found your "The Sims 3" account to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
After completing an investigation of your Account, we have identified the following violation:
Harassment - Spamming and Trolling
"No Flaming. No Trolling. Flaming is intentionally posting hurtful, insulting, or harassing messages to others. Trolling is deliberately posting sarcastic, off topic, or rude remarks in order to incite a fight on the boards. Take the high road and be polite. Respect others even if their opinions differ from yours. If you disagree with someone, you are free to do so politely, but please don't make it personal." and "Do not hijack threads. Hijacking means to redirect the topic of a thread. Keep your replies relevant to the original poster's thread." and "No Swearing. Foul language will not be tolerated. Swearing via substitution of key letters with symbols is against the rules. (Example: If "horse" were a swear word and it was posted as "h****"). and "Do not post entire messages in ALL CAPS or post multiples of words in extra-large font. This is considered shouting. Shouting is not polite. Find a less "noisy" way to emphasize your ideas."
As this is your second violation, we must advise you that should you continue to violate our Terms of Service we may suspend your account for a minimum of 24 hours during which your access to the game will be removed or ultimately a permanent account closure depending on the severity of the situation.
It is our goal to make the gaming experience as safe, secure and enjoyable as possible for all of our players. As such, we take any violations of our Terms of Service very seriously. Please ensure that you are familiar with our Terms of Service, as repeated violations will result in permanent suspension or closure.
